When emailing

A brief outline of what brings you to therapy and whether you are seeking an in-person or telehealth appointment is usually sufficient for an initial enquiry.

Please avoid sending highly sensitive clinical information by ordinary email unless it is necessary. Email is useful for initial enquiries and administrative communication, but it should not be treated as an emergency or crisis communication channel.

If you have a referral

If you have been referred by a GP, psychiatrist, insurer, employer, compensation scheme or another health professional, you can let me know this when making contact. Referral documentation can then be handled appropriately.
